Let me tell ya folks! The people and this company are professional and fantastic! A family owned business that truly cares about their customers. I switched design gears on these folks MULTIPLE times. They stayed on top of all the changes and went above and beyond to keep construction progressing through all my changes. So much so that mother and son drove to North Carolina Christmas weekend to get my spill over spa. Steered me in the right direction when I was wrong on some design decisions and delivered a project on time and on budget. During construction they kept the yard clean and was very dog considerate. Never left the gates open. I'm so happy with my project I'll be throwing them a BBQ pool party. 100% Recommend them. Practical pools was amazing to work with. It is very difficult in the Alabama coastal area to find great contractors, especially when it comes to swimming pool installation. I hit the jackpot. They were timely, cost-effective, but most of all high-quality workmanship and products. I have had other pools installed so I am well aware of the process and have a good basis of comparison. They communicated well, made me aware of any issues and choices of resolutions. They charged me what they estimated. Their crew worked hard and were so pleasant. They went above and beyond my expectations. They were also very clean and made sure they kept the worksite picked up.
